Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations at this time.
Shipping Costs
Orders totaling $89.99 or more qualify for free standard shipping
Orders under $89.99 incur a flat shipping fee of $10.00
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we require 1 to 3 business days to prepare your items for shipment. Orders submitted before 5:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST) on a business day are typically processed the same day; orders placed after this cutoff or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
After your order ships, standard delivery takes approximately 3 to 5 business days. Total delivery time (processing + transit) generally ranges from 4 to 8 business days from the date of order placement.
Carriers
We partner with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and select regional carriers to ensure reliable delivery. The carrier assigned to your order will depend on your location and item specifications.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress through the carrier's website.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. Address changes after an order has shipped may not be possible.
Order Cancellation
Before shipment: You may request to cancel your order by contacting us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has begun.
After shipment: Orders cannot be canceled once they have left our facility. If you no longer want the item, you may refuse delivery or initiate a return once received (see our Returns & Refund Policy).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or resolution at no additional cost to you. In cases of damage or shipping errors on our part, we will cover return shipping costs.

While we strive to meet estimated delivery windows, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will assist in tracking down any delayed shipments.
