Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances change, and you may need to cancel an order. This policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations can be made.

Cancellation Before Shipment

If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at info@furnhut.shop or call +1 269-599-7433 during business hours. We will make every effort to accommodate your cancellation request, but we cannot guarantee it once order processing has begun.

Orders placed before 5:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST) on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day. The sooner you contact us, the better the chance we can cancel your order before it ships.

Cancellation After Shipment

Once an order has left our facility, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the item after it has shipped, you have two options:

Refuse delivery: You may refuse the package when the carrier attempts delivery. The item will be returned to us, and we will process a refund once we receive it, minus any non-refundable shipping charges.

Return after delivery: You may accept delivery and initiate a return within 30 days per our Returns & Refund Policy. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is successfully processed before shipment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
