Warranty Coverage
We warrant that products purchased from Furnhut will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Dead on Arrival (DOA) Claims
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact us at info@furnhut.shop or call +1 269-599-7433 with your order number and clear photos showing the damage or defect. This allows us to assess the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
Warranty Remedies
If a valid warranty claim is approved, we will, at our discretion:
Send a replacement item at no charge
Issue a full refund to your original payment method
Provide a partial refund or store credit if a replacement is unavailable
Arrange for repair or replacement parts, if applicable
We will cover all shipping costs associated with warranty claims, including return shipping for the defective item and delivery of the replacement.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper assembly
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by accidents, alterations, or unauthorized repairs
Items marked as "Final Sale" or sold "as is"
Damage occurring after the 48-hour DOA claim window (such claims may still be eligible under our standard Returns & Refund Policy)
How to File a Warranty Claim
To file a warranty claim, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
A description of the defect or damage
Clear photos showing the issue
Our team will review your claim and respond with next steps, typically within one business day.
Limitation of Liability
This Limited Warranty is your exclusive remedy for defective products. To the extent permitted by law, Furnhut shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product defects.
