You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.

In original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact

Non-Returnable Items

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at info@furnhut.shop or call +1 269-599-7433 during business hours. Provide your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a return authorization.

Return Shipping Costs

Standard returns (change of mind, sizing, preference): Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We will cover return shipping costs. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can arrange a prepaid return label or alternative solution.

Original Shipping Fees

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective, damaged, or wrong item sent).

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees on approved returns.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange for a replacement, refund, or other resolution at no cost to you, including return shipping.
